Terms & Conditions: By entering the Transport Operator End-of-Year Quiz (‘the competition’) you agree to accept the Terms and Conditions listed below. 1. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and resident in the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man but not employees (or members of their families) of OnTarget Publishing Ltd, Kärcher (UK) Ltd, agents of the above or anyone connected with the promotion.  2. Only one entry per person. In the event that more than one entry is made by the same individual, only the first such entry received will be eligible for the competition. Bulk entries or entries received through agents or third parties will be declared void.  3. This competition is intended for recipients of Transport Operator or Truck & Bus Product Focus. Any entries made by individuals other than named recipients may be disqualified at the discretion of the Promoter. 4. Entry to the competition is free and no purchase is necessary.  5. To be entered for the competition, readers must either (a) visit http://www.transportoperator.co.uk/quiz and follow the instructions on the online form or (b) fill in their answers in the boxes on p29 of the November/December 2010 edition of Transport Operator, detach and return to the Promoter at the postal address below.  6. The entrant with the highest number of correct answers to the first 20 questions will win a Kärcher BR40/10c Adv Scrubber Drier. In the event that two or more entrants achieve the highest score, the answer closest to the correct answer of the tiebreak question will determine the winner. A total of 50 runners-up, chosen in the same fashion, will receive Kärcher winter packs. The Promoter’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 7. To be included, all entries must be received on or before 14.12.2011. Winners and runners-up will be notified within seven days of this date. 8. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or the prize being inappropriate in any way, the Promoter reserves the right to vary the prize without prior notice. Any alternative prize will be of equal or greater value than the prize detailed above. No cash alternative is available.  9. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost or mislaid entries or entries not properly transmitted (including any entries not received via the website as a result of technical problems). Damaged, defaced or illegible entries may be disqualified. Proof of posting or faxing will not be accepted as proof of delivery.  10. The names of the winners and runners-up will be obtainable following the close of the competition by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to “Transport Operator End-of-Year Quiz” at the Promoter’s address below. 11. By participating in the competition entrants agree that, if selected as winners or runners-up, their names, company names and towns may be published in the January/February 2012 edition of Transport Operator, on the Transport Operator website, and on the list of winners/runners-up obtainable by post from the Promoter. 12.
